New Hires and Promotions - December 2021

F&M Trust is pleased to announce the following recent hires and promotions:
Justin Witmer has been hired as a Commercial Services Relationship Manager. In his new role, he will be responsible for developing and managing a commercial lending portfolio within a designated market area of the bank. He will pursue new commercial lending opportunities from current and prospective customers and assist customers in obtaining specialized services from other areas of the bank. He previously was a Senior Relationship Manager at LINKBANK. He has served as a board member for Leadership Cumberland and on the engagement committee for Cumberland Area Economic Development Corporation. The Dillsburg resident will be based at F&M Trust’s regional office in Harrisburg.
Scott Cray has been hired as a Residential Mortgage Processor. In his new role, he will be responsible for processing and preparing mortgage settlement packages, ordering supporting documentation for consumer real estate loans, and coordinating work with mortgage originators, community offices, and other departments. He previously was a Mortgage Development Officer for Santander Bank. He has volunteered for American Cancer Society, American Red Cross, and United Way. He enjoys caring for his mother, creative writing, and sports. The Harrisburg resident will be based at F&M Trust’s mortgage center in Camp Hill.
Tangela Gibbons has been hired as a Financial Services Representative in the Memorial Square Office. In her new role, she will perform a wide array of transactions for and provide excellent service to current and new customers of the bank. She previously was Manager of Product Sales & Scan at VR Holdings, Inc. She is active in her church as a deacon, board member, youth group assistant, and kitchen staff. She also has volunteered with Habitat for Humanity. The Saint Thomas resident enjoys camping, hiking, riding motorcycles, visiting local attractions, and spending time with family and friends.
Toya Houser has been hired as a Financial Services Representative in the Chambers Pointe and Brookview Community Offices. In her new role, she will perform a wide array of transactions for and provide excellent service to current and new customers of the bank. She previously was a Certified Nurse Aide at Quincy Village Retirement Community. The Chambersburg resident enjoys crafts, the outdoors, and spending time with family.
Brooke Nace has been hired as a Financial Services Representative in the West Side Community Office. In her new role, she will perform a wide array of transactions for and provide excellent service to current and new customers of the bank. She previously was a shift supervisor at Starbucks. The Chambersburg resident enjoys cooking, hiking, and painting.
Stacy Seville has been hired as a Lead Financial Services Representative in the McConnellsburg Community Office. In her new role, she will perform a wide array of transactions for and provide excellent service to current and new customers of the bank. She previously was a Property Asset Technician for the Borough of Chambersburg. She volunteered for a community park project and has participated in Halloween parades. The McConnellsburg resident enjoys camping and spending time with her family.
Keira Velazquez has been hired as a Financial Services Representative in the McConnellsburg Community Office. In her new role, she will perform a wide array of transactions for and provide excellent service to current and new customers of the bank. She previously was a Lifestyle 360 associate for Five Star Senior Living at Somerford House & Place Hagerstown. The McConnellsburg resident enjoys gardening and other outdoor activities.

Courtney Shauf has been promoted from Assistant Community Office Manager to Community Office Manager for the Orchard Park Community Office.
