F&M Trust is pleased to announce the following recent officer appointments and promotions.
Dave Long, Senior Vice President, was promoted from Chief Technology Officer to Chief Information and Technology Officer. In this role, Long will continue to oversee Technology Services, the Project Management Office, Facilities, and Deposit and Loan Operations, with added responsibility for helping guide the bank’s technology and data strategy, operational infrastructure, and cross-functional project execution. He is based out of the F&M Trust corporate headquarters in Chambersburg.
Matt Berger has been promoted to Senior Vice President and Director of Wealth Management Sales. Berger will be responsible for leading wealth management sales efforts and supporting continued growth across the line of business. He is based out of the F&M Trust corporate headquarters in Chambersburg.
Cindy Marconi, Treasury Deposit and Business Services Manager, has been promoted to Senior Vice President. Marconi leads the Treasury Management team’s deposit growth initiatives, oversees product development, and ensures strong operational performance for new and existing client relationships. She is based out of the F&M Trust corporate headquarters in Chambersburg.
Summer Franzoni, Retail Banking Manager, has been promoted to Senior Vice President. Franzoni is responsible for driving retail growth, strengthening team performance, supporting sales and service initiatives, and ensuring consistent customer experiences across the bank’s Community Office network. She is based out of the F&M Trust corporate headquarters in Chambersburg.
Jordan Peffer, Vice President, has been promoted to Director of Operations. Peffer will lead the bank’s data, deposit, and loan operations teams as a consolidated division. In this expanded role, Peffer will help bring greater coordination, consistency, and focus to these important operational functions. He is based out of the F&M Trust corporate headquarters in Chambersburg.

Brittany Gleason, Assistant Data Operations Manager, has been promoted to Assistant Vice President. She is based out of the F&M Trust corporate headquarters in Chambersburg.
Molly Mowen, Assistant Deposit Operations Manager, has been promoted to Assistant Vice President. She is based out of the F&M Trust corporate headquarters in Chambersburg.
Brian Carroll, Talent Acquisition Officer, has been promoted to Assistant Vice President. He is based out of the F&M Trust corporate headquarters in Chambersburg.
