Three F&M Trust employees recently graduated from their perspective county leadership programs designed to help individuals become more effective in the workplace and community.
James McElhenie, Vice President, Investment & Trust Services Relationship Manager and Miriam DeFehr, Relationship Manager with the bank's Treasury Management Department, graduated from Leadership Harrisburg Area's Community Leader Series. During the program, DeFehr and
McElhenie spent nine months and over 100 hours enhancing their project management, problem-solving and teamwork skills.
Adam Smith, Business Banker, graduated from Leadership Cumberland - a 10-month program designed to develop, promote and inspire community based leadership skills and encourage a deeper understanding and appreciation of Cumberland County.
DeFehr, McElhenie and Smith are just three of a host of F&M Trust employees who have graduated from the programs.
