Alissa Myers has been hired as Assistant Community Office Manager for F&M Trust’s Newville office. Myers previously worked as a member service representative at Members 1st Federal Credit Union. The Newville resident volunteers for Better Days Animal Shelter and Relay for Life.
F&M Trust has hired Karen Metz as Community Office Manager for the bank’s Greencastle and Marion offices. Metz previously worked as the assistant vice president, cluster market leader at BB&T. Active in her community, the Greencastle resident volunteers for the United Way of Washington County, American Heart Association, Lighthouse Project, Hagerstown Day Nursery and the Shawnee Girl Scout Council.
Jill Reddecliff has been promoted to Marketing Operations Officer. A graduate of the University of Pittsburgh, Reddecliff joined the bank in 2016. Active in her community, the Hagerstown resident serves on the board of directors for the Humane Society of Washington County, Md. Reddecliff is based at the F&M Trust corporate headquarters in Chambersburg.
Melissa Miller has been promoted to Assistant Vice President, Marketing Manager. Miller, who has been with the bank for 13 years, has a master’s degree in business administration, marketing and management from Florida Tech. She also attended the American Bankers Association’s Bank Marketing School and graduated from Leadership Franklin County. Active in her community, the Chambersburg resident serves on both the board and the governance committee of the Boys & Girls’ Club of Chambersburg & Shippensburg. Additionally, Miller served as the charter president of the Chambersburg Area Civitan Club.
She is based at the F&M Trust corporate headquarters in Chambersburg.
Rachel Bowers has been promoted to Community office Manager for the bank’s Orchard Park Community Office in Chambersburg.
Active in her community, the Chambersburg resident serves as the secretary for the Exchange Club of Chambersburg. A graduate of Leadership Franklin County, Bowers also volunteers as a cheer coach for the Fayetteville Browns.
Cheyann Harshman has been promoted to Assistant Community Office Manager for the bank’s Marion Community Office.
In her new role, Harshman is responsible for overseeing routine operations to meet the goals of the community office while also motivating and supporting staff.
The Marion resident is the assistant treasurer for the Franklin County Fair Board.
