F&M Trust Announces Officer Promotions: May 2018

(CHAMBERSBURG, PA) F&M Trust recently announced the following promotions:

Levi Crouse

Levi Crouse, MBA, SHRM-CP; Human Resources Officer was promoted to Assistant Vice President.

Crouse has more than 8 years of experience in Human Resources and joined the bank in 2010 through the bank’s internship program and then returned in 2012 as its Human Resource Officer. He is responsible for overseeing the operational aspects of the Human Resources department including recruitment, employee relations, performance management and coordination of policies and programs. Crouse is a graduate of Shippensburg University where he obtained both his Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and Master of Business Administration degrees. He is active in the community assisting Safe Harbour, Inc. with their annual fundraising skeet shoot in Carlisle, PA.

Rainbow Hopkins

Rainbow Hopkins, CFE; BSA/OFAC Officer was promoted to Assistant Vice President.

Hopkins joined F&M Trust in 2003 and has worked in the bank’s Compliance and Security Department since 2008. She is responsible for implementing and maintaining the bank’s anti-money laundering and financial crimes prevention programs. Hopkins is a graduate of Wilson College where she obtained both her Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees in Accounting. She serves the community by volunteering at bank sponsored events throughout the year.

Pam Johns

Pam Johns, Loan Servicing Manager was promoted to Vice President.

Johns joined F&M Trust in 2011 and has more than 31 years of experience in financial services. In her role, she is responsible for managing the ongoing servicing of commercial and consumer loans and mortgages. Johns is a 2006 graduate of the Pennsylvania Bankers Association’s (PBA) Advanced School of Banking and she is active in the community as a Board Member for the United Way and the Treasurer for the Metal Township Fire and Ambulance Company #21 Relief Association.

Chastity Wantz

Chastity Wantz, Financial Services Officer was promoted to Assistant Vice President.

Wantz has more than 20 years of experience in financial services and she joined F&M Trust in 2008. In her role, she is responsible for consumer lending, business development, deposit services, customer service, and strengthening relationships in the Waynesboro community. Wantz has completed numerous PBA banking courses and serves the community as the secretary for the Waynesboro Area Business Education Community Foundation and the treasurer for the Arts Alliance of Greater Waynesboro.

Dallas Zulli

Dallas Zulli, MBA; Commercial Services Relationship Manager was promoted to Vice President.

Zulli joined F&M Trust in 2015 and has 15 years of experience in financial services. In his role, he is responsible for commercial lending services for businesses and commercial real estate developers in Cumberland County and the Capital Region. Zulli is a graduate of Stetson University where he obtained both his Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees in Business Administration. He also obtained various certifications in commercial lending at the University of Wisconsin’s School of Business. Zulli is active in the community serving as the Treasurer for the East Pennsboro Ambulance Service’s Board of Directors.
