New hires and promotions October 2019

F&M Trust is pleased to announce the following recent hires and promotions:

Tony KlatkoF&M Trust has hired Tony Klatko as Investment Portfolio Manager.

In his new position, Klatko is responsible for conducting investment research, administering investment policies, plans and securities trading activities and providing asset research and portfolio management services to customers.

Klatko previously worked as a Senior Financial Analyst for the Johns Hopkins Health System.

Active in his community, Klatko volunteers for the Maryland Food Bank and Healthy Harbor Initiative.

Courtney Davis has been promoted to Community Office Manager of F&M Trust’s Brookview and Chamberspointe community offices.Courtney Davis

In her new position, the Newville resident is responsible for fostering both customer and noncustomer relationships, representing F&M Trust within the local community and leading team members at the Brookview and Chamberspointe community offices.

Beth ReeserF&M Trust has hired Beth Reeser as Retirement Plan Services Relationship Manager.

In her new role, Reeser is responsible for managing and growing new business clientele for retirement plan services, creating sales strategies to grow business clients and servicing the direct the administration of F&M Trust’s business clients’ retirement plans.

Reeser joins the bank with 15 years of combined experience in retirement plan services and investment consulting. A portion of her career was spent at Conrad Siegel Advisors where she was responsible for business development in the Lancaster area.

She currently serves as a board member for the Harrisburg Symphony Society and volunteers at the Trinity Lutheran Church in Camp Hill.

The Mechanicsburg resident is based in F&M Trust’s Memorial Square office in Chambersburg.

Evelyn Farnsworth has been promoted to Assistant Community Office Manager for F&M Trust’s Waynesboro office.Evelyn Farnsworth

In her new position, the Waynesboro resident is responsible for servicing the financial needs of F&M Trust customers, growing and deepening the bank’s customer and community relationships and leading the team at the Waynesboro Community Office.
