F&M Trust names new Investment & Trust Services leader

CHAMBERSBURG, Pa – F&M Trust has appointed Susan Rosenberg as head of its Investment & Trust Services Department.

Susan Rosenburg

In her new role, Rosenberg is responsible for managing the Investment and Trust Services Department, insuring the department’s compliance with regulatory requirements and supervising a team of 31 professionals. Additionally, she will oversee the department’s assets under management and assets held at third-party brokers of more than $806 million.

“We couldn’t be more excited to welcome Susan to our organization. After a thorough and thoughtful search, we are confident that Susan is the right person to lead our Investment and Trust Services Department. Her wealth management experience, passion for our business and leadership ability make her a valuable asset as we continue to grow the bank,” said Tim Henry, president and CEO of F&M Trust.

Rosenberg, an attorney with an extensive fiduciary background, has served in various senior leadership roles such as Director of Trust Administration for Ameriprise National Trust and President of ING National Trust. In addition, she spent ten years practicing law with a focus on trusts, estate planning and probate for individual, families and business owners.

“I am very pleased to be joining F&M Trust as it continues to define community banking in South Central Pennsylvania. The bank’s Investment and Trust Services Department has a robust team of experienced and dedicated financial professionals, and I look forward to leading the growth of the department as we expand the number of clients we serve and deepen our existing relationships,” said Rosenberg.

Rosenberg is succeeding Lise Shehan who retired in December 2018 after seven years at the department’s helm.
