Zero Balance Accounts (ZBAs) are cash management tools that help companies centralize funds while maintaining flexibility for specific purposes like payroll, petty cash, or vendor payments. The service will keep your daily funds in one central operating account but will sweep automatically to a subsidiary account as needed to fund transactions that are presented.
