New Hires and Promotions - November 2021

Matthew Scarborough has been hired as a Commercial Services Relationship Manager.

In his new role, he will be responsible for developing and managing a commercial lending portfolio within a designated market area of the bank. He will pursue new commercial lending opportunities from current and prospective customers and assist customers in obtaining specialized services from other areas of the bank.

He previously was Vice President and Commercial Relationship Officer at PeoplesBank.

He volunteers for Affordable Housing Advocates and Junior Achievement.

He enjoys traveling, writing, cycling, listening to music, and dining out.

The York resident will be based at F&M Trust’s regional office in Harrisburg. 

Jenna Barch has been hired as an Assistant Community Office Manager in the Orchard Park Community Office.
In her new role, Jenna will lead internal sales activities, promote exceptional customer experiences, and ensure operational standards are upheld. She will open a variety of consumer and business deposit accounts, take consumer loan applications, refer customers for other bank products and services, and promote team sales success within the office. She previously worked as a store manager for Kay Jewelers. The Chambersburg resident has been a volunteer for United Way. She enjoys spending time with her daughter at the park and at the library.

Jason Cole has been hired as an Investment & Trust Services Support Specialist. In his new role, he will provide support to several relationship managers and assist with administrative, customer service, and office responsibilities for the Investment & Trust Services team. He previously worked as a specialist for CAPTRUST. He holds an Investment Foundations Certificate from CFA Institute. He is soccer coach and treasurer for AYSO, and he enjoys hiking, photography, and writing. The Danville resident will be based at F&M Trust’s regional office in Harrisburg.

Zachary Hendricks has been hired as a Financial Services Representative in the West Side Community Office. In his new role, he will perform a wide array of transactions for and provide excellent service to current and new customers of the bank. He previously worked as store manager/event and merchandising director for The Good Life by OneSkin. He is active with community arts programs, including the Council for the Arts in Chambersburg. The Chambersburg resident likes to paint, sing, design, listen to music, and go to concerts.

Melissa Hollis has been hired as an Assistant Community Office Manager in the Carlisle Crossing Community Office. In her new role, Melissa will lead internal sales activities, promote exceptional customer experiences, and ensure operational standards are upheld. She will open a variety of consumer and business deposit accounts, take consumer loan applications, refer customers for other bank products and services, and promote team sales success within the office. She previously worked as an assistant branch manager for Members 1st Federal Credit Union. The Carlisle resident has volunteered for Project Share, New Hope Ministries, Mission Central, Light the Night, Bowl for Kids’ Sake, and Race Against Racism. She enjoys reading, traveling, and spending time with her family, friends, and dog.

Heather Mong has been hired as a Consumer Loan Underwriter. In her new role, she will be responsible for the processing and underwriting of consumer loans. She will approve consumer loan applications and set terms and conditions of the loan within individual loan approval authority based upon the criteria of the bank, as well as all applicable state and federal regulations. She previously worked at Grow Financial Federal Credit Union. She has volunteered for a variety of community and business alliance events. She enjoys the outdoors, hiking, going to the beach, and spending time with her family and her pets. She will be based at F&M Trust’s corporate office in Chambersburg.

Hunter Reath has been hired as a part-time floating Financial Services Representative in the Chambersburg market. In his new role, he will perform a wide array of transactions for and provide excellent service to current and new customers of the bank. He previously worked as a product management intern for Schreiber Foods. He has been a volunteer for Go Christmas at Christian Life Church in Chambersburg. The Greencastle resident likes to play golf, go fishing, and spend time with friends and family.

Sarah Spickler has been promoted from full-time Financial Services Representative for the Mont Alto Community Office to Data Operations Specialist.

Jelahn Pine has been promoted from full-time Financial Services Representative to Lead Financial Services Representative for the West Side Community Office.
