New Hires and Promotions - May 2022

F&M Trust is pleased to announce the following recent hires and promotions:

Chip Wasson has been hired as a Commercial Services Market Manager for the Greater Capital Region.

Wasson will be responsible for growing commercial loans, deposits, and noninterest income, and developing and expanding commercial relationships.

Wasson previously was a Commercial Market Executive for Northwest Bank.

Wasson holds an MBA from Penn State University and teaches classes for the PA Bankers Association School of Commercial Lending.

Wasson is a board member of the Harrisburg Regional Chamber and serves as treasurer of the University of Delaware men’s lacrosse booster club.

The Palmyra resident is based at F&M Trust’s regional headquarters in Harrisburg.

 

Matt Wenger has been hired as a Business Banker in the West Washington Street Office in Hagerstown, Maryland.

Wenger will be responsible for developing and managing a business banking portfolio in the Hagerstown market and actively pursuing new business banking opportunities from current and prospective customers.

The Chambersburg resident previously was a sales specialist for Del Martin, Inc.

 

Selene Stevens has been hired as Commercial Loan Processing Manager.

Stevens will be responsible for overseeing the effectiveness of centralized commercial loan documentation procedures, ensuring effective pre-closing and post-closing commercial loan documentation review, administering the real estate appraisal process, and developing procedures implementing the bank’s lending policy.

Stevens previously was Vice President and Loan Operations Manager for Bank of Charles Town.

Stevens has volunteered for Meals on Wheels and been a member of Antietam Exchange Club.

The Greencastle resident is based at F&M Trust’s corporate headquarters in Chambersburg.

 

Shane Duvall has been hired as Assistant Community Office Manager for the West Washington Street Office in Hagerstown, Maryland.

Duvall will lead internal sales activities, promote exceptional customer experiences, and ensure operational standards are upheld. Other duties include opening a variety of consumer and business deposit accounts, taking consumer loan applications, referring customers for other bank products and services, and promoting team sales success within the office. 

The Martinsburg, West Virginia resident previously was a Universal Banker for Atlantic Union Bank.

 

Terin House has been hired as Assistant Community Office Manager for the Greencastle Community Office.

House will lead internal sales activities, promote exceptional customer experiences, and ensure operational standards are upheld. Other duties include opening a variety of consumer and business deposit accounts, taking consumer loan applications, referring customers for other bank products and services, and promoting team sales success within the office. 

House has served on the board of Turning Point Dance Company in Martinsburg, West Virginia.

The Greencastle resident previously was Assistant Branch Manager of PNC Bank in Hagerstown, Maryland.

 

Briana Fullerton has been hired as a Financial Services Representative for the Waynesboro Community Office.

Fullerton will perform a wide array of transactions for and provide excellent service to current and new customers of the bank.

The Waynesboro resident previously was a member services representative for Navy Federal Credit Union.

 

Cassidy Garner has been hired as a Financial Services Representative for the McConnellsburg Community Office.

Garner will perform a wide array of transactions for and provide excellent service to current and new customers of the bank.

The McConnellsburg resident previously was a greenhouse worker at Burpee Seeds.

 

Charity Gress has been hired as a Financial Services Representative for the Greencastle Community Office.

Gress will perform a wide array of transactions for and provide excellent service to current and new customers of the bank.

The Chambersburg resident previously was a material handler for Ulta Beauty.

 

Steven Haluck has been hired as a Financial Services Representative for the Memorial Square Office in Chambersburg.

Haluck will perform a wide array of transactions for and provide excellent service to current and new customers of the bank.

The Chambersburg resident previously was a deli associate for GIANT Food Stores.

 

Chris Heebner has been hired as Facilities Technician.

Heebner will perform a variety of duties related to the maintenance of bank facilities, including HVAC and electrical repair, minor plumbing, carpentry, painting, floor repair/replacement, and snow and ice removal.

Heebner previously was a building and grounds specialist for SpiriTrust Lutheran/The Village at Luther Ridge.

Heebner has volunteered with Royal Family Kids Camp and World Harvest Outreach.

The Fort Loudon resident is based at F&M Trust’s corporate headquarters in Chambersburg. 

 

Katherine Hershey has been hired as a Financial Services Representative for the Norland Avenue Community Office.

Hershey will perform a wide array of transactions for and provide excellent service to current and new customers of the bank.

Hershey previously was a computer-generated ordering coordinator for Weis Markets.

Hershey has volunteered for Big Brothers Big Sisters.

 

Jasmine Hockenberry has been hired as a Financial Services Representative in the Philadelphia Avenue Community Office.

Hockenberry will perform a wide array of transactions for and provide excellent service to current and new customers of the bank.

The Saint Thomas resident previously was a customer service representative for The Butcher Shoppe.

 

Candice McMath has been hired as a Financial Services Representative for the Memorial Square Office in Chambersburg.

McMath will perform a wide array of transactions for and provide excellent service to current and new customers of the bank.

The Chambersburg resident previously was an estimating support manager for Brechbill & Helman Construction Co., Inc.

 

Keiya Mobley has been hired as a Financial Services Representative for the Orchard Park Community Office.

Mobley will perform a wide array of transactions for and provide excellent service to current and new customers of the bank.

The Waynesboro resident previously was a sales associate for Burkes Outlet.

 

Kayla Olden has been hired as a Financial Services Representative for the Greencastle Community Office.

Olden will perform a wide array of transactions for and provide excellent service to current and new customers of the bank.

The Boonsboro, Maryland resident previously was an office assistant for Ragland Cleaning Services.

 

James Wilt has been hired as a Financial Services Representative for the Mechanicsburg Community Office.

Wilt will perform a wide array of transactions for and provide excellent service to current and new customers of the bank.

The Mount Wolf resident previously was a floating teller for Santander Bank.

 

Stefano Cucuzza has been promoted to Assistant Community Office Manager for the Philadelphia Avenue Community Office.

 

Zach Hendricks has been promoted to Lead Financial Services Representative for the West Side Community Office.

 

Kim Moyer has been promoted to Assistant Community Office Manager for the Shippensburg Community Office.
