F&M Trust donates $7,500 to Menno Haven employee assistance program

December 22, 2021

F&M Trust donated $7,500 to the Menno Haven retirement community for its Menno Cares employee-assistance program.

“F&M Trust recognizes the value of seniors in our communities, and we greatly appreciate the work done by those who see to their needs. We know that the last 22 months have presented significant challenges in providing quality care,” said Tim Henry, President and CEO of F&M Trust. “The bank is pleased to make this donation in support of the Menno Haven employees who have honored their commitment to serving others. Their efforts are to be commended.”

Menno Cares offers employees help, hope, and healing through spiritual, emotional, physical, and financial support. Assistance and relevant resources are provided for Menno Haven employees and their families through group ministry events or on an individual basis.

“Menno Haven is honored to partner with F&M Trust and appreciates their mission of giving back to the community at large,” said Tiffany Rife, Community Life Officer at Menno Haven. “As the majority of the funding of Menno Cares comes directly from our team members, the generosity from F&M Trust will allow Menno Cares to remain viable and available for ongoing support to those in need.”

Since 2020, F&M Trust has donated more than $200,000 to local schools, healthcare facilities, and community organizations to assist with COVID relief efforts.
