F&M Trust announces new hires, promotions - June 2023

F&M Trust is pleased to announce the following recent hires and promotions.

Matthew Duggan has been hired as a Mortgage Loan Officer for the West Washington Street Community Office in Hagerstown, Maryland.

Duggan will develop and manage a mortgage portfolio and pursue new mortgage opportunities from current and prospective customers, home builders, and real estate agents in western Maryland and eastern West Virginia.

Duggan previously was Assistant Vice President of Residential Lending for CNB Bank.

The Hedgesville, West Virginia resident is a member of the Eastern Panhandle Home Builders Association, Eastern Panhandle Board of Realtors, and Chambers of Commerce in Berkeley, Jefferson, Morgan, and Washington counties.

Scott Mayberry has been hired as a Mortgage Loan Officer for the Greater Capital Region.

Mayberry will develop and manage a mortgage portfolio and pursue new mortgage opportunities from current and prospective customers, home builders, and real estate agents.

Mayberry previously was a Senior Mortgage Originator for Members 1st Credit Union.

Mayberry is a member of the Harrisburg Association of Realtors.

The Mechanicsburg resident is based in F&M Trust’s Camp Hill office.

Shon Baldwin has been hired as a Data Operations Specialist.

Baldwin will assist internal and external customers with inquiries regarding telephone/internet banking, debit card transactions, online bill payments, remote deposits, disputed ATM transactions, and other data operations functions.

The Hagerstown, Maryland, resident previously was a financial services specialist for Truist Bank.

Samuel Clement has been hired as Salesforce Developer.

Clement will design, develop, and maintain custom solutions within the Salesforce customer relationship management platform; perform application development tasks such as analysis, coding testing, and implementation; pursue new and innovative solutions; and stay current with the evolving Salesforce ecosystem.

Clement holds several Salesforce certifications and previously was Lead Salesforce Developer for ICF.

The Greencastle resident has volunteered with Boy Scouts of America for 17 years.

Brandi Gardner has been hired as a Data Operations Specialist.

Gardner will assist internal and external customers with inquiries regarding telephone/internet bankinq, debit card transactions, online bill payments, remote deposits, disputed ATM transactions, and other data operations functions.

The Chambersburg resident previously was a contact center agent for Patriot Federal Credit Union.

Casey Helm has been hired as a Marketing Coordinator.

Helm will support the bank’s overall advertising, branding, and sales approach, execute strategic marketing initiatives, and coordinate the bank’s involvement in a variety of community events.

The Chambersburg resident previously was a customer care manager for On Campus Marketing.

Michelle Messner has been hired as a Loan Servicing Specialist.

Messner will process new, existing, and paid loans; reconcile and disburse payments to vendors; mail statements and notices; and provide customers, loan officers, and bank personnel with support and assistance related to loan questions.

Messner previously was a loan setup specialist with Academy Mortgage.

The Chambersburg resident serves on the board of SLK Health Services and has volunteered with Habitat for Humanity, Welcome Home Troops, Toys for Tots, Relay for Life, and Make-A-Wish.

Brian Rupp has been hired as a Technology Services Analyst.

Rupp will assist with the evaluation and implementation of new bank technology, administer bank applications, provide PC support to bank employees, and troubleshoot and diagnose hardware and software problems.

The Waynesboro resident previously worked as an information technology support specialist.

Andrew Sterling has been hired as Assistant Community Office Manager for the Newville Community Office.

Sterling will lead internal sales activities, promote exceptional customer experiences, and ensure operational standards are upheld. Other duties include opening a variety of consumer and business deposit accounts, taking consumer loan applications, referring customers for other bank products and services, and promoting team sales success within the office. 

The Mechanicsburg resident previously was Parts and Service Coordinator for Wood’s CRW Corporation.

Michelle MacKellar has been promoted to Project Analyst.

Shamar Pates has been promoted to Commercial Services Portfolio Manager.

Brian Reidell has been promoted to Data & Performance Analytics Manager.

Maria Seabra has been promoted to Credit Department Manager.
