CHAMBERSBURG, Pa – F&M Trust is pleased to announce the following recent hires and promotions:
F&M Trust has hired Adam Hollinger as its Investment & Trust Services Relationship Manager for Cumberland County and the Greater Capital Region. In his new role, Hollinger is responsible for providing trust administration, investment, estate and retirement services to customers in Cumberland County and the surrounding area. He previously worked as a financial consultant at TD Ameritrade. A Harrisburg resident, Hollinger is based at F&M Trust’s Camp Hill office.
F&M Trust has hired Kristin Beegle as its Deposit Operations Manager. In her new role, Beegle oversees the Deposit and Data Operations department. She previously worked as a program manager at First Data. Active in her community, Beegle is a co-leader of a Girl Scout Daisy Troop and the membership secretary of the Fayetteville Elementary School P.T.A. A Chambersburg resident, Beegle is based at the F&M Trust corporate headquarters in Chambersburg.
F&M Trust has promoted Shelby Yinger from Head Teller for its Orchard Park Community Office to the Memorial Square Assistant Community Office Manager. In her new role, Yinger is responsible for day-to-day banking transactions, educating customers on bank services accessible through technology and handling operational duties among other responsibilities. Active in her community, the Shippensburg resident volunteers for Chambersburg Relay for Life.
Melissa McGowan has been promoted from Customer Service Representative at the F&M Trust Carlisle Crossing Community Office to the Ritner Highway Community Office Manager. In her new role, McGowan is responsible for fostering both customer and non-customer relationships, representing F&M Trust within the local community and leading teaming members at the Ritner Highway Community Office. Active in her community, the Shiremanstown resident is a full-time foster parent for Cumberland County. She is also a member of the Som Foundation Event Planning Committee, the HOPE Station Event Planning Committee and a volunteer for Community C.A.R.E.S. Additionally, she serves on the Central Penn College Career Services Advisory Board and on the Cumberland County Affordable Housing Trust Fund Board. McGowan serves on the Downtown Carlisle Association’s board of directors as well.
Chad Rydbom has been promoted from Business Banker to Commercial Services Relationship Manager. In his new role, Rydbom is responsible for developing and managing a commercial lending portfolio and fostering the bank’s relationship management culture by actively pursuing new commercial lending opportunities from current and prospective customers. He is based at the F&M Trust corporate headquarters in Chambersburg.
Matthew Berger, F&M Trust Investment and Trust Services Market Manager, has been promoted to Vice President. Berger joined the bank in 2012. He is based at the F&M Trust corporate headquarters in Chambersburg.
David Luo, F&M Trust Investment Portfolio Manager, has been promoted to Assistant Vice President. Luo joined the bank in 2012. He is based at the F&M Trust corporate headquarters in Chambersburg.
Heather Helm, F&M Trust Estate Administration Officer, has been promoted to Assistant Vice President. Helm has worked at F&M Trust for nearly 23 years. She is based at the F&M Trust corporate headquarters in Chambersburg.
