US Postal Service Mail Delays

The US Postal Service is experiencing significant delays in mail  processing and delivery. Please consider using online or mobile banking to make your payments or allow for additional delivery time if sending payments by mail. Remember, you can always go paperless and sign up for e-Statements for fast and secure online access to your statements. For more information click HERE.

Stimulus Payments

Community Office Updates

In our continued efforts to protect customers and employees from the potential spread of Covid-19, all Community Office lobbies remain closed until further notice.

You can still access the bank’s drive-up services during normal banking hours, with offices providing access to safe deposit boxes and banking services that require an in-person meeting by appointment only.

F&M Trust buildingPlease note that F&M Trust’s Memorial Square drive-up will close at 5:00 p.m. on Mondays, Tuesdays, Thursdays and Fridays. Additionally, the bank’s Brookview office location will remain closed and the lobby and drive-up of the bank’s Camp Hill office remains closed until further notice. Effective February 16, 2021, the Boiling Springs office is temporarily closed until further notice. We are still dedicated to serving the banking needs of our customers and welcome you to visit other F&M Trust locations nearby.

Rest assured, you have ongoing access to F&M Trust by in-person appointments and drive-up services at our Community Offices as well as the bank’s convenience services such as online banking and the F&M Trust mobile banking app.

Health and Safety Measures

F&M Trust continues to take precautions in order to provide a healthy and safe environment for everyone, including:
  • Requiring face masks or face coverings (proper identification is required to confirm your identity).
  • Placing decals on the floor to help maintain social distancing.
  • Thoroughly cleaning and disinfecting workstations, counters and commonly used areas.
  • Using clear protections (sneeze guards) for workstations in common areas.
  • Providing hand sanitizing stations for employee and customer use.
F&M Trust will continue to follow guidance issued by Centers for Disease Control (CDC) and Pennsylvania Health Department to ensure the safety of our customers and employees.
To protect our most at-risk customers, F&M Trust lobbies will be open for special operating hours from 9:00 a.m. to 10:00 a.m. on Tuesdays and Thursdays. This hour is reserved for senior citizens (customers age 60 and older) and those with underlying health conditions that could place them at a higher risk.

Get access to your accounts anywhere, anytime. Manage your money using convenience services like online banking, the F&M Trust mobile banking app, telephone banking and more. You can access funds, make transfers, pay bills and deposit checks any time you need.
